自己迷上了制作各种苏打水饮品.夏日炎炎,来一杯冰镇的水果苏打,真的是透心凉,而且清爽无负担.由于苏打水里面含大量的二氧化碳,喝完之后还会有强烈的饱腹感.
苏打水属于弱碱性水,建议选购天然苏打水.对身体益处更大.
注意了,苏打水本身没有热量,而市售的各种苏打水饮料里的糖才是致胖的根源.所以,何不自己制作一杯好看好喝又健康的苏打饮料呢?
I get a new habbit recently which is trying different recipes for homemade soda drinks. It is cool especially in Summer. Besides, you will not feel hugry for a while for the rich CO2 in the Soda.
For the healthy reason, I will suggest you to buy the nature Soda water instead of the manmade one.
The calorie for nature soda is 0! Really amazing, right?

材料和制作非常简单.首先,你需要有苏打水.我喜欢提前冷藏一些苏打水在冰箱,随时可以有冰的苏打水可以享有.
