234G融合优化:随我一起解析GSM网络2Quater消息

由于中国移动的大网现有2G/3G/4G三个网络,时至今日全面倡导融合优化,尤其是涉及客户感知的驻留比指标,2016年以来更是以体现价值效应的4G流量驻留比指标作为考核指标,下表为某省各地市某日的业务量指标:

该项指标的策略就是集中力量建设、优化好4G网络,尽量提升4G网络驻留能力,同时削弱23G网络的驻留可能性。
值得注意的是随着大环境要求3G网络退网,现网会逐批关停TDS基站,那么在这个期间,作为依然坚守岗位的GSM网络,仍旧发挥着重要作用,有着不可替代的天然优势,必然更加凸显234G网络互操作的重要性,本文就从GSM网络角度去讨论如何解析GSM涉及互操作的参数,仅仅给出参数含义,为体现指标的各地差异性,不给出全部方案。
而3G网络的空闲重选至2G/4G网络,数据业务连接态重定向至2G网络(由于终端原因基本未实现的功能---数据业务连接态重定向至4G网络)不在本文范围。
作为GSM网络,无论空闲态还是GPRS业务连接态一律是按重选形式进入3G/4G网络的。
SI2Quater消息由于容量和分块的限制,该消息总是被分成多条消息形式出现,以索引和计数器来进行排列,待手机收齐所有条目,才能进行下一步行为,为了减少条目间的时间间隔,建议现网开启BCCH_EXT功能,但这会占用CCCH其中一个AGCH块,以下为SI2Quater的详解:

Qsearch_P: (7) Always searchfor 3G cells【必须这么设置,GPRS状态下,一直测量3G小区,这是基于小区排队方式的重选】
3G_SEARCH_PRIO: 1【此设置值指示了该参数意味着3G搜索优先BSIC解码,如果,则MS需要每13秒内使用25个搜寻帧---空闲帧进行电平测量,而不用这些帧来解码BSIC,由于目前解码版本为R8,该比特位可忽略,Indicates if 3G cells may be searced whenBSIC decoding is required,0 = no, 1 = yes,Default value = yes】
3G_CCN_ACTIVE: (0) CCN towards 3G cells is disabled in the cell.【告知手机3G异系统CCN是否开启,目前2G网内时开启的,异系统未开启该功能】
【以上重选参数,针对只支持23G网络的手机终端,下文针对支持234G网络的支持优先级的手机终端45008 6.6.4】

GERAN_PRIORITY: 0
THRESH_Priority_Search: (15) Always search【15值代表无穷大,意味着一直测量低优先级异系统,0值代表-98dBm,含义为GSM服务小区信号低于该门限时,才启动对低优先级异系统的测量,类似LTE里的Snonintrasearch参数,但该处为直接绝对值】
THRESH_GSM_low: (15) Always allowed【允许MS重选到低优先级异系统小区时的2G服务小区门限值,15值代表一直允许,14代表28dB,含义为S_GSM=C1低于该门限时,可重选至满足条件的低优先级异系统,类似LTE里的threshservinglow参数,但该处为直接绝对值】
H_PRIO: (0) disabled【必须这么设置,优先级重选算法的迟滞,0意味着取消该规则功能,原意是S_GSM=C1低于THRESH_GSM_low门限时,异系统邻区Snonservingxxx不满足重选至低优先级异系统thresh-xxx-low参数值,但S值大于服务小区S_GSM=C1基础上附加一个迟滞值,也照样可重选至低优先级异系统,现网中这么设置是为了降低重选至低优先级异系统的复杂性】
T_Reselection: (0) 5 s【必须这么设置,加快重选过程,5秒钟已经能说明信号稳定情况】
