The best men included actors Hu Ge, Ma Tianyu, Liu Haoran and Eddie Peng (彭于晏). One of Hu’s fans joked, “Poor Hu! Every man who ever sparked a bromance with him has found their other half.”

Heard filed for divorce on May 23, citing irreconcilable differences, according to Variety. “Johnny has a long-held ... history of drug and alcohol abuse. He has a short fuse... and his temper is exceptionally scary,” the actress claimed. But Laura Wasser, Depp’s lawyer, asserted that Heard is “attempting to secure a premature financial resolution by alleging abuse”.

But Chou has so far made no reaction to Chen’s comments. On May 30, Chou grabbed headlines with the release of his latest song, written for his daughter Hathaway. The sentimental music video chronicles the life of a little girl. Chou, ever the doting father, even gave Hathaway credit as a co-composer to express his gratitude toward his little muse.
