(M.I.Finley,Politics in the Ancient World,New York:CambridgeUniversity Press,1983,pp.79-83)

     ②Demosthenes 18(On the Crown),246.

     ④Demosthenes 18(On the Crown),246.

Mogens Herman Hansen,TheAthenian Democracy in the Age of Demosthenes:Structure,Principles andIdeology,Oxford:Blackwell,1991,pp.208-212,pp.222-224。 Jon Hesk,Deception and Democracy in Classical Athens,NewYork:Cambridge University Press,2000,pp.51-57。

Douglas M.MacDowell,ed.,Demosthenes:On the False Embassy(Oration19),New York:Oxford University Press,2000,pp.27-28。

Josiah Ober,Mass and Elite in Democratic Athens:Rhetoric,Ideologyand the Power of the People,Princeton,N.J.:Princeton UniversityPress,1989,pp.145-147。 Christopher Pelling,Literary Texts and the Greek Historian,London;New York:Routledge,2000,pp.30-31。

     (22)例如,德谟斯提尼名下的演说辞《诉伯吕克里斯》(Against Polycles)同时使用“民众的法令”(to psēphisma to tou dēmou)和“你们的法令”(tou psēphismatos tou humeterou),分别见Demosthenes 50(Against Polycles),15,29。

Demosthenes 19(On the False Embassy),46。

     (42)Demosthenes19(On the False Embassy),101.

Claire Taylor,“Bribery in Athenian PoliticsPart I:Accusations,Allegations,and Slander”,Greece& Rome,2nd Ser.,Vol.48,No.1.(Apr.,2001),pp.55-64。

     (58)Demosthenes9(Philippic Ⅲ),63.

     (60)Demosthenes9(Philippic Ⅲ),63-64.

     (61)EdwardM.Harris,Aeschines and Athenian Politics,pp.149-150,p.153.
